Successful bidders must contact the seller within 24 hours of auction close to confirm payment method, and full payment must be received within three (3) business days. Accepted payment methods are wire transfer or cash only; all funds must clear prior to release of the equipment or disclosure of its location, and a $15 incoming wire fee will be added to all wire payments. Failure to remit payment within the stated timeframe may result in order cancellation, a formal non-payment report, loss of bidding privileges, and the item being resold without notice. A $399 processing fee applies to all winning bids. All equipment is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties expressed or implied, and all sales are final; descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed, and bidders are solely responsible for inspection and verification prior to bidding, with inspections available by appointment only. Buyer assumes all responsibility for taxes, title (if applicable), rigging, loading, permits, transportation, and shipping costs, and must provide suitable equipment and properly rated trailers and securement; seller is not responsible for loading delays or compatibility of buyer’s transport. Buyers must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to pickup; pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with any after-hours or weekend access strictly at seller’s discretion, and unannounced drivers may be refused. Equipment must be removed within thirty (30) business days of sale, after which a storage fee of $25 per day will accrue and must be paid in full prior to release; items not removed within sixty (60) days will be deemed abandoned and may be resold with no refund. Seller reserves the right to cancel any sale, refuse service, or require additional documentation at its sole discretion to protect against fraud, non-payment, or unsafe removal.
