There will be additional fees for any labor (such as tear down for transport) or loading beyond what is available on site. Loading will only be done safely onto the appropriate equipment. Any small items that can be boxed and shipped will carry a $50 handling fee plus cost of shipping. Serious bidders only and immediate payment required. If payment cannot be mailed or wired within 24 hours, please do not bid. Merchandise must be picked up within 30 days or will incur storage fees. Merchandise is considered abandoned after 60 days.
