Machine in pretty rough condition and in need of several repairs. *Successful bidders must contact AGCO Finance within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to confirm payment and are subject to sales tax. Payment is due upon receipt of Invoice and Bill of Sale. *No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Shipping is buyer's responsibility. All equipment is advertised to the best of our knowledge and is sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no guarantees. *All sales are final. We encourage self-inspection before bidding. All shipping arrangements must be made in advance and coordinated with the storing location. Equipment must be removed within 30 days unless other arrangements are made. 24-hour notice is required prior to removal of equipment. *AGCO Finance LLC, as a federally regulated financial institution, must comply with certain Know Your Customer and other customer identification requirements. In order to meet our regulatory customer identification obligations, you may be required to provide a valid US Federal or State issued photo ID, such as a US Passport or state issued Driver’s License or Identification Card, before your sale can be finalized.
