Buyers are responsible for inspecting this unit prior to the auction and cannot hold H&R Agri-Power or the auction company liable for descriptions made without the buyers prior viewing. This unit is available for inspection at: 1299 North Highway 51; Union City, TN 38261 Business Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday, 7:00 AM to Noon. All Sales are final and payment must be made within 5 business days unless other arrangements are made with H&R Agri-Power, no equipment may be removed until payment in full has been received. Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. All equipment is sold "As Is" with no guarantees. All sales are final. Items must be removed within two weeks of conclusion of the auction or Storage fees will be applied & machine will not be allowed to be removed until paid in full.
