Fuel trailer - clean title NOTICE: Secure forms of payment must be received before picking up equipment. All costs, risks and responsibilities associated with transportation are that of the Buyers. Payment must be received no later than 5 business days after auction ending, Gerdes Outdoor Power will notify buyer when full payment has been received and item may be picked up. Items specified as “Used” are sold as is-where is. This unit was visually inspected; however, no certified mechanical inspections were performed unless otherwise stated. The Buyer understands any description given or written on the equipment is not guaranteed observations, and buyer will rely entirely on their own inspection. All information provided for this item such as serial and vin numbers, approximate weights and lengths, horsepower, etc. is provided by our best ability, but not guaranteed. Hour meter readings or mileages are unverified information and accuracy is not guaranteed in any way, this is the winning bidder's responsibility to verify prior to purchase. We do not guarantee listing information but provide it for your assistance. PAYMENT AND PICKUP We will email the winning bidder an invoice with payment instructions after the sale of lot. Invoice will include sales tax unless buyer provides proof of tax-exempt status. Credit card payments are not accepted at this time. Wire payments are preferred. Please give notice 24 hours before picking up equipment, so we can help you load and give you the location of the pick-up. Please confirm location of item on the Lot description. Most items are commissioned by owners, through Gerdes Outdoor Power. We can assist with loading if needed. No charge for loading or storage for 30 days. Any miscellaneous service relating to the equipment will be charged a service fee of $100.00 per hour. Items not picked up within 30 days of sale will be charged a storage rate of $10 per day until picked up. It is the right of the consignor to reclaim all unpaid or unclaimed equipment that violates the terms of our auction. We appreciate your business and look forward to helping with your equipment needs.
