All items are used and are selling as is. No warranty. We suggest a personal inspection, however we try to list all that we know about an item. Please ask questions before bidding. Varner Equipment does not guarantee the accuracy of hour meter readings. We can only report what is reading on the machine during the inspection process. Look the unit over for yourself and you can be the judge. We also do not have access to dealer databases for year model accuracy. We do not report year models unless it is posted on the machine or we have dealer confirmation. Shipping is the buyer's expense. We can load and/or assist in loading any item. We do have a loading dock. We do have shipping suggestions. Our staff can not load equipment into enclosed trailers or van type trailers. We cannot drain fluids, tie items down, remove cabs/tires/loaders/etc or disassemble or put onto a pallet but we will be happy to load onto any truck. Our loading hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-4:00. We are closed on Saturday for loading. If you're sending a truck, please arrive by 3:00 so that we have time to load properly and are not rushed. Items should be picked up within 30 days. Anything left over 120 days will be sold to cover storage expenses. We are located at 1375 Hwy 50, Delta, Colorado 81416. 20 Miles northwest of Montrose, Colorado and 40 miles southeast of Grand Junction on Hwy 50. Please note: some items are located at the consignor's home. See the location in the description above. We require buyers to contact us within 24 hrs of the auction end to arrange and set up shipping/payment/etc. All invoices must pay applicable sales taxes. If you are tax exempt for resale or agricultural use, we will remove the sales tax at the time of purchase with the proper documentation. We will not be able to refund tax if exemption is provided after the original purchase has been made. Title and Dealer Processing Disclaimer All titled vehicles are sold through a licensed Colorado Motor Vehicle Dealer. A $75.00 Dealer Handling Fee will be added to the final purchase price of all titled vehicles. This fee is not a government-required fee and is charged by the dealer to cover the costs associated with processing the sale, title transfer, and required motor vehicle paperwork. The successful purchaser must provide a valid government-issued driver's license to complete all required title and registration paperwork. Colorado Buyers: Applicable sales tax will be collected at the time of purchase. Sales tax is calculated based on the location where the vehicle will be titled and registered, in accordance with Colorado law and applicable local tax requirements. Out-of-State Buyers: Purchasers who will title and register the vehicle outside the State of Colorado will not be charged Colorado sales tax. Buyers are responsible for complying with all titling, registration, tax, and licensing requirements in their home state. A 60-day temporary registration permit will be provided to the purchaser, when applicable, to allow legal operation of the vehicle while the title work is being processed. Once all required title work has been completed, all documents necessary to title and register the vehicle will be mailed to the purchaser via Certified Mail within fourteen (14) days. The dealer will provide all documents required to title and register the vehicle. After receiving these documents, the purchaser is responsible for taking them to their local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or other appropriate motor vehicle agency to complete the registration process and obtain permanent registration and license plates. Failure to provide the required identification or any requested documentation may delay title processing and the issuance of registration documents.
