ANY AND ALL ITEMS LEFT AFTER 21 DAYS WILL BE CHARGED A STORAGE RATE OF $15.00 PER DAY UNTIL PICKUP IS MADE IF ITEMS ARE NOT PICKED UP IN 60 DAYS THEY WILL BE RESOLD AND ALL STORAGE CHARGES & AUCTION SELLING FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED AND REMAINING BALANCE SENT TO ORIGINAL BUYER.

THIS PURCHASE IS NOT CONTINGENT ON BUYER APPLYING FOR FINANCING. No equipment will be released until payment has been made in full. Hauling and delivery of items is the Buyer’s responsibility. Successful bidder must contact the Auction Co. within 24 hours of auction close to finalize invoicing and payment details. If the winning buyer does not fulfill these terms they forfeit all rights of ownership, and the sale is terminated. They forfeit all rights of futures sale proceeds on the item. HERE ARE THE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS. You will get an invoice from _____________ via ___________________, sent to the email that you have with Auction Time. Payments can be made via ACH, wire, or good check.

1) You can Wire the funds. Please wire the amount you won the auction for to our equipment account US funds only. You will need to add $15.00 for a domestic wire OR $60.00 IF YOU ARE SENDING INTERNATIONAL WIRE, onto the amount you are wiring to cover the wire fee.

2) Most of the equipment is at our yard located at 3187 320th Street, Crawfordsville, IA 52621, HOWEVER some equipment is located on the farms. PLEASE READ YOUR INVOICE.

Midwest Ag Exchange is commissioned by the owner/sellers for each item and does not own any of the equipment. We have forklifts and a loading dock. No charge for loading or storage for 21 days. We do charge for dismantling of equipment at an hourly rate of $95.00 per hour per person.

This item is used, and it is being sold as is-where is. This unit was visually inspected; however, no mechanical inspections were performed. Buyer understands any description given or written on the equipment is not guaranteed and will rely entirely on their own inspection.
